CHARITY GOLF CLASSIC 2022
“The proceeds from the golf tournament couldn’t come at a better time for Family Renew Community and the population of hardworking yet financially struggling families that we serve through the generosity of our supporters. Escalating costs for housing and essentials such as food and clothing are pushing more families who live paycheck to paycheck over the brink of homelessness. This infusion of funds will allow us to keep up with our own rising costs as we offer them a safe, stable home and equip them with the tools they need to be self-sufficient.”

The team at Southern States Management Group recently dropped off a $30,000 check to Family Renew Community. Thank you to everyone who helped make this fundraiser a huge success.

In March of 2019, Southern States Management Group, Inc. (SSMG) celebrated our 30th year as a family owned and operated community management firm with offices in Volusia and Flagler Counties. In the interest of giving back to the very community that has supported us and our clients, we created a private foundation with a focus on improving the standard of living of those in need in our immediate area. Specific emphasis is placed on transitional & permanent housing, physical and mental wellness, social stability and educational opportunity; we believe that these factors are paramount to achieving a state of improved livability. More specifically, the overarching goal of the foundation is to provide financial and in-kind resources that will directly and immediately improve the quality of life of an individual or family in Volusia or Flagler County.
