Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. Your rent is late as of midnight on the first, but we give you a grace period until the 5th. Late charges would begin on the 6th.
We accept cashier checks, checks or money orders by mail. We also accept online ACH payments and payments made with Zelle.
To submit a maintenance request please use your online resident portal.
You are required to give us 30-60 days notice to Vacate. Our office will contact you 61-90 days before your lease expiration and will send you Renewal Offer if applicable.
